Warfarin

Common clinical indications for warfarin 
1. atrial fibrillation, 
2. artificial heart valves, 
3. deep venous thrombosis
4. pulmonary embolism 
5. antiphospholipid syndrome. 
6. after heart attacks (myocardial infarctions)
